No experience is necessary (I'll teach you the stroke (motion) beforehand plus the coaching staff will teach you during practice) and any fitness level is okay (you can be completely out of shape). IT'S ALL FREE! Plus you can sit next to me on the boat and I'll make funny faces at you. There's a practice with my adult team (DieselFish) at Redwood City on Saturday (12/20) @ 10 AM until noon.
